The Grand Opening Celebration took place on July 31st, 2010.  Over 800 people including town dignitaries and the origianl store owner attended the festivities.

 Owners Mehul, Amish and Suresh began discussions about purchasing the 80 year old pharmacy back in September 2009; by the end of February, Port Perry Pharmacy was ready to begin its transformation.

Mehul and Amish own two other Remedy'sRx locations, Ennismore and Buckhorn, both in small rural settings.  Suresh is not only a co-owner but also the Pharmacy Manager in Port Perry and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Pharmacy.  With a growing community and small town feel, they felt that Port Perry was the perfect fit for their growing network of stores.

 Port Perry Pharmacy Remedy'sRx houses a McCowan dispensary that provides customers with a refreshingly bright, inviting dispensary that is extremely functional and customer friendly at the same time.  The painted walls with trademarked slogans inform the people of Port Perry that Remedy'sRx is still very much providing the same first name service and care that made them loyal customers of this location for so many years.
